Vegan Egg Nog
It has all the flavors of everyone's favorite holiday beverage but without the dairy and eggs. For all you nog heads going vegan this is a great one for Christmas Day!
Vegan Egg Nog
Serves 6
3 cups Real Coco Coconut Milk
1 ¾ cups coconut creamer
4 tablespoons agave, plus more to taste
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus more for sprinkling
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Creamer whipped into cream
In a high-speed blender, add 3 cups coconut milk, coconut creamer, agave syrup, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
Blend on high until creamy and smooth, 1-2 minutes. Then taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more spices or agave for sweetness.
Enjoy cold, over ice, or hot by heating over medium heat until warm. Serve with coconut whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
