Gingerbread Smoothie
A gingerbread smoothie that tastes like sugar & spice and everything nice but packed with healthy fats to give you energy all day long.
Gingerbread Smoothie
Serves 1
1 frozen banana
1 cup Real Coco Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon unsulphured blackstrap molasses
1 tablespoon flax-seed meal (or ground chia seeds)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons grated ginger
pinch of ground nutmeg
pinch of ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon of allspice
1 small handful of ice
Agave, to taste
Add all of the ingredients to the blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour into your glass, top with freshly grated nutmeg. Serve immediately.
