Berry Dragonfruit Smoothie
Make this vibrant, antioxidant-rich dragon fruit smoothie for a healthy breakfast. The vibrant pink color comes from dragonfruit, also called pitaya. Find it in the frozen fruit section of your grocery store.
Berry Dragonfruit Smoothie
Serves 2
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 packets frozen pink dragon fruit (200 grams)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
5.3 ounces strawberry yogurt (150 grams)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon lime juice (1/2 lime)
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 cup Real Coco Coconut Milk
Berries, for garnish
Add raspberries, dragon fruit, strawberries, yogurt, chia seeds, lime, and ginger to blender container. Add coconut milk, cover, and blend on high until smooth. Pause to scrape the sides of the container with a spatula as needed.
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with additional chia seeds and berries if desired.
