Healthy Hwachae Fruit Bowl

Serves 2
¾ cup fresh strawberries, halved
2 cups Organic Real Coco Coconut Milk
maple syrup or agave
1 ½ cups mixed fruit: strawberries, watermelon balls, blueberries, and raspberries
Sparkling water, for topping
Add strawberries and coconut milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste with
maple syrup if desired. Add mixed fruit to a bowl with ice and pour over with strawberry milk, stir
together and top with sparkling water.
