Lemon Coco Sorbet
Escape with every bite of this Italian Bliss, our Lemon Coco Sorbet...
Serves 4:
1 ¾ cups Organic Real Coco Coconut Milk, plus more
2 whole lemons, zested, flesh scooped out, deseeded
3 tbsp maple syrup or agave
1 tsp vanilla extract
Hollowed out lemons, for serving
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. Place it into a food processor and pulse until it reaches a sorbet consistency, adding a splash of coconut milk if needed. Scoop into hollowed out lemons, place in the freezer for 10 mins to firm up, then serve.
