Blueberry-Acai Smoothie Bowl
Spring in a bowl! We like to load up on acai, blueberries, chia seeds, and dragonfruit for that superfood kick and why not add some flowers for a blossoming touch.
Serves 1
¾ cup plain coconut yogurt
3.5 oz. frozen acai fruit puree
½ cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
¼ cup Real© Coco Organic Coconut Milk
Garnish: dragonfruit balls, blueberries, chia seeds, dried edible flowers
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh fruit, chia seeds and edible flowers.
