Citrus Mango Chia Pudding

This overnight chia pudding with mango and citrus will make you feeling grateful for mornings.

Serves 2

¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup Real Coco Coconut Milk
2 tsp. agave or honey
citrus rounds, and cubed mango for finishing

Pour ingredients into a bowl, let sit for 2 minutes to thicken; stir until smooth. Press citrus rounds against mason jars. Fill with chia pudding and top with mango. Cover jars and store in fridge overnight or a minimum of 2 hours.
