Angelina-Inspired French Hot Chocolate

Make this decadent French hot chocolate recipe inspired by the iconic Paris tea room, Angelina!

Serves 2

1 cup Real© Coco Organic Coconut Milk
4 oz. bar dark chocolate
1 tbsp. agave or maple syrup
½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. instant coffee powder
Pinch salt
Pinch cinnamon, whipped coconut cream, and chocolate shavings to finish

Heat and whisk ingredients together in a small saucepan over medium heat until chocolate is melted, being careful not to let it boil. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a pinch of cinnamon.
