Vietnamese Coconut Coffee
Ready to level up your coffee game? Make Vietnamese coffee using coconut milk, the secret is frothing the coffee to make it extra decadent.
Serves 1
2 tbsp. Vietnamese ground coffee
½ cup, plus 1 tbsp. Hot water
⅓ cup Real© Coco Organic Coconut Milk
2-3 tsp. sweetened condensed milk, to taste
Add the ground coffee and hot water to your filter and use according to instructions. Once the coffee finishes dripping through, remove the filter from brewing glass. In a small saucepan, add coconut milk and condensed milk; stirring until warmed through. Pour mixture into serving mug. Froth the coffee using a frother or shake in a jar until foamy. Pour coffee over the coconut milk mixture and enjoy.
