Superbloom Smoothie Bowl
Savoring the last of citrus season while embracing spring’s full bloom with a Superbloom Smoothie Bowl! Here’s a step-by-step smoothie tutorial on how we create beautiful “petals” along the edge of the bowl using sliced oranges.
Serves 1
½ cup Real© Coco Organic Coconut Milk
¼ cup regular yogurt
2 cups frozen fruit of choice (strawberries for pink, peaches or mango for orange)
1 tsp. Agave or maple syrup
1 cup fresh fruit of choice (strawberries, oranges), sliced into rounds, then in halves, to garnish
Flowers, to garnish
Add coconut milk, yogurt, frozen fruit, and sweetener to blender. Blend until smooth. Add smoothie to bowls. Garnish with fruit slices around the rim of bowls to create a flower pattern and garnish with flowers.
