Pink Amigas Cocktails
This Pink Amigas Cocktail is sure to be a hit at any fiesta. A treat for the eyes and tastebuds.
Serves 4
Lime wedges
Coarse salt, for rimming glass
3 cups carbonated pink lemonade
2 cups Real© Coco Nam Hom Pink Organic Coconut Water
⅔ cup tequila
¼ cup triple sec
Lime slices, for garnish
Mint, for garnish
Rub a lime wedge around rims of glasses. Place salt onto a plate and dip rims into salt.
In a medium pitcher with ice, combine pink lemonade, coconut water, tequila and triple sec. Fill each glass with ice, garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.
