PB&J Overnight Oats

Overnight oats get the PB&J treatment with coconut milk soaked rolled oats topped with runny peanut butter and raspberries. 

PB&J Overnight Oats

Serves 2
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup Real Coco Original Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons runny peanut butter (powdered peanut butter preferred)
½ cup raspberries
Coconut flakes, to garnish

Combine oats, coconut milk, and maple syrup in a bowl. Wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight. Assemble glasses with layers of peanut butter, smashed raspberries, and oats. Top with additional raspberries and coconut flakes.
