Matcha Tiramisu Chia Pudding: ⁣

⁣Serves 1⁣
1 cup Organic Real Coco Coconut Milk⁣
⅓ cup chia seeds⁣
2 tsp matcha powder⁣
½ tbsp maple syrup⁣
Greek yogurt, for layering⁣
Combine coconut milk, chia seeds, matcha, and maple syrup in a large mason jar or bowl, whisking until smooth. Place in refrigerator to set overnight or at least 3 hours.⁣

In a tall glass, place a layer of chia pudding, followed by greek yogurt, alternating until you’ve reached the top. Finish with a layer of greek yogurt and sprinkle with matcha to finish. Enjoy immediately or stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
