Serves 1
3 oz blood orange juice
2 oz Organic Real Coco Coconut Water
1.5 oz pineapple juice
½ oz maple syrup or agave
1 tbsp Real Coco Coconut Milk, plus more frothed, for garnish
Optional to garnish: freeze-dried raspberry powder, lip stencil
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine and pour into martini glasses. Top with frothed coconut milk. Sprinkle raspberry powder over lip stencil to finish or use a blood orange round to garnish.
