This smoothie takes inspiration from the flavors of a mango lassi, a traditional Indian yogurt-based drink. Our version calls for fresh mango, peaches, cardamom, and fresh ginger for a kick of flavor.
3 cups chopped mangoes (fresh or frozen)
2 cups chopped peaches (fresh or frozen)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Real Coco Mango Coconut Water
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
agave to sweeten
to garnish: pistachios, freeze dried raspberries, and Real Coco Plain Coconut Chips
Combine mangoes, peaches, yogurt, coconut water, cardamom and ginger in a blender and purée until smooth. Add agave to taste and blend again, adding more coconut water if thinner consistency is desired. Pour into glasses with ice and garnish with nuts, raspberries, and coconut chips.
