Kiwi Chia Pudding
⅓ cup chia seeds
1 cup Real©Coco Organic Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon agave, or more to taste
3 kiwis peeled
1 tablespoon of coconut flakes for topping
In a bowl, add chia seeds to coconut milk, let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in agave.
Add two kiwis into a blender and purée until smooth. Then thinly slice the last kiwi into half moons.
Spoon chia pudding into a clear glass and line the glass with sliced kiwis. Pour on top kiwi purée and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Enjoy!
