2 cups espresso or strong coffee
Agave or sweetener (optional)
Real©Coco Organic Coconut Milk, for topping
Whisk agave into coffee to sweeten if desired and let cool. Pour coffee into ice cube molds, freeze until solid, about 4 hours. To serve, place coffee cubes into a glass, pour coconut milk over cubes and enjoy!
