½ lemon, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp pepper
2-3 pieces raw ginger
⅓ cup manuka honey
1 orange, chopped
3 cups Real Coco Organic Coconut Water
Blend chopped ingredients together, pour liquid into freezer molds. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
