Hot Coco with Burnt Marshmallow Top

Hot Coco with Burnt Marshmallow Top | Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 cup Real Coco Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 packet (or 2 tbsp) hot cocoa mix
1 tbsp chocolate chips
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp marshmallow fluff
Instructions:
Pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot and steaming, but not boiling. Whisk in the hot cocoa mix and chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract. Remove from heat and pour the hot cocoa into a mug. Spoon the marshmallow fluff evenly over the top. Using a kitchen torch, carefully toast the marshmallow fluff until golden brown and slightly burnt. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
