Coconut Pea Flower Lemonade
Watch as the butterfly pea flower turn from blue to purple when you pour over Real© Coco Organic Coconut Water and lemon juice. Have fun making this coconut pea flower lemonade!
Serves 4
2 cups Real© Coco Organic Coconut Water
2 ½ tbsp. lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp. agave or honey
ice
1 cup brewed pea flower tea, chilled
Lemons rounds and herbs to garnish
In a pitcher, combine coconut water with lemon juice and honey with ice. Divide pea flower tea into 4 glasses. To watch colors change, pour lemonade into each glass. Garnish with lemon rounds and sprigs of herbs.
