1 tbsp. butterfly pea tea flowers⁣
1 cup hot water⁣
sweetener of choice⁣
2 tbsp. tapioca pearls⁣
⅓ cup Real Coco Coconut Milk⁣
whipped vegan cream, for topping⁣
⁣
Combine pea flowers with hot water, and let steep for 10 mins. Strain out flowers and add sweetener if desired. Let tea cool. Place tapioca pearls into a glass, top with ice, butterfly pea tea, milk, and top with whipped cream to finish.⁣
