Butterfly Pea Boba Tea

1 tbsp. butterfly pea tea flowers
1 cup hot water
sweetener of choice
2 tbsp. tapioca pearls
⅓ cup Real Coco Coconut Milk
whipped vegan cream, for topping
Combine pea flowers with hot water, and let steep for 10 mins. Strain out flowers and add sweetener if desired. Let tea cool. Place tapioca pearls into a glass, top with ice, butterfly pea tea, milk, and top with whipped cream to finish.
