By using date syrup you can make your our own "caramel" sauce that's perfect for drizzling on top of any latte.
Salted “Caramel” Latte
½ cup Real Coco Coconut Milk
2 tbsp date syrup, plus more for drizzling
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 cup coffee
1 cup whipped Real Coco Vanilla Creamer
Flaky salt, to finish
Combine coconut milk, date syrup, and cocoa powder in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir to dissolve. Pour coffee and coconut milk mixture into a blender, blending until frothy. Pour into a mug and top with whipped coconut creamer. Drizzle with date syrup and sprinkle with flaky salt.
