Real Coco Gin & Tonic

Serves 1

2 ounces gin
2 ounces Real© Coco Organic Coconut Water
2 ounces tonic water
½ medium lime, juiced
1 inch chunk fresh ginger
Lime rounds and mint for garnish

Muddle ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add gin, coconut water, and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker and stir. Strain liquid into a chilled glass. Garnish with lime round and mint sprig.
