Pink Lemonade Coconut Mimosa
Sweet, tart, and bubbly! What more can you ask for in a drink? Made with prosecco, try this sparkling delight at home.
Serves 4
2 cups chilled Real© Coco Nam Hom Pink Organic Coconut Water
3 tbsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
agave
Prosecco (or seltzer for a mocktail), for topping
To garnish: fresh raspberries and lemon wheels
Stir together coconut water and lemon juice in a pitcher. Add agave to taste. Garnish each glass with a raspberry and lemon wheel. Fill glasses halfway and top with prosecco or seltzer to finish.
