One-Eyed Lychee Martini

This beautifully pink-hued lychee martini cocktail would make an epic cocktail for a scary movie night.

Serves 2

Ice cubes
6 ounces vodka (optional or use all coconut water for mocktail)
3 ounces Real© Coco Nam Hom Pink Organic Coconut Water
1 ounce lychee juice (from can)
Splash Vermouth
4 lychees (canned)
4 blueberries

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add vodka, pink coconut water, lychee juice, and vermouth. Shake until chilled. Divide between glasses. To make eyeball garnish, place blueberry inside the center of each lychee and skewer.
