Ombre Smoothies
Layers of three types of berries are what make this ombre effect in this Instagram-worthy smoothie.
Ombre Smoothies
Serves 2
1 cup plain yogurt or plant-based yogurt
½ cup Real Coco Coconut Milk
2 bananas
2 tbsp agave
1 tsp chia seeds
Mixed frozen berries: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
First make the base of the smoothie by blending together yogurt, coconut milk, bananas, agave. Keep it thick, but add a splash more coconut milk if needed. Pour a layer into glasses. Add strawberries and raspberries and blend again. Then pour another layer into glasses. Add blueberries to the remaining smoothie for the darkest shade and top your glasses. Finish with fresh fruit if desired.
