Mandarin Sour

Serves 2

4 oz. gin (or sub with coconut water)
2 oz. fresh squeezed mandarin juice
¾ ounce ginger agave simple syrup (or regular agave)
1 oz. Real© Coco Organic Coconut Water
Flowers, to garnish

Add ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled, strain into glasses and garnish with flowers.


Ginger Agave Syrup

2-inch knob of ginger, peeled and sliced
1 ½ cups water
¾ cup agave nectar

Combine ginger, water, and agave in a small saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until liquid has reduced by half. Pour syrup through a strainer and let cool. Syrup can be stored in a container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
