Serves 2⁣
¾ cup fresh strawberries, halved⁣
2 cups Organic Real Coco Coconut Milk⁣
maple syrup or agave⁣
1 ½ cups mixed fruit: strawberries, watermelon balls, blueberries, and raspberries⁣
Sparkling water, for topping⁣
Add strawberries and coconut milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste with⁣
maple syrup if desired. Add mixed fruit to a bowl with ice and pour over with strawberry milk, stir⁣
together and top with sparkling water.
