Coco Cucumber Gimlet

Serves 1

1 ½ oz. cucumber juice
1 ½ oz. Real Coco Coconut Water
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
Dash fresh ginger juice
Ice
Cucumber ribbon and lime wedge for garnish

Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and stir for 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with cucumber ribbon and lime.
