Cinnamon Swirl Overnight Oats
These sticky cinnamon bun-inspired overnight oats can be made the night before in big batches for a stress-free breakfast! Use your favorite yogurt to “ice” swirls on the tops of your oats.
Serves 4
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 tsp.vanilla extract
2 tsp. Chia seeds
2 tsp. Ground flaxseed
1 ¼ cup Real© Coco Organic Coconut Milk, plus more
¼ cup yogurt
Stir together all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in coconut milk and stir to combine. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours up to overnight. To make topping: combine yogurt with a few splashes of coconut milk to loosen. Place in a squeeze bottle or pastry bag. Spoon oats into ramekins or jars and finish with a swirl of yogurt on top.
