Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding
Serves 4:
½ cup Chia seeds
¼ cup Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1.5 cups Real Coco Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 cup Yogurt (your preference)
2 tbsp Maple syrup
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Combine the milk with the maple syrup, vanilla, peanut butter, yogurt, salt and cocoa powder. Stir in the chia seeds with a whisk or fork until dispersed. Pour into a container or bowl, cover and leave in the fridge to set for 2 hours or overnight, until the chia seeds have soaked up all the liquid. Serve with your choice of toppings or layer up with yogurt and berries. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
