Cherry Nice Cream
4 bananas, sliced and frozen
1 cup fresh cherries, plus more to garnish
¼ cup Real Coco Coconut Milk
Vegan chocolate, to garnish
Cacao nibs, to garnish
Place frozen bananas and cherries into a blender, blending on high until it begins to break down. Add Coconut milk by the tablespoon and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Divide into two bowls and top with chocolate, cacao nibs, and cherries.
