We are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from enjoyrealcoco.com. A copy of your receipt is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than this site, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange. Their return/exchange policy will apply.

Please note:
- We cannot refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect item. Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We can only exchange the same item(s) originally purchased. We will not exchange your purchase for other items.
- Once we receive your request, refunds usually are processed within 7 business days.
International Customers
