2 ounces Real© Coco Organic Coconut Creamer Original⁠
2 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 cup frozen pineapple⁠
1 1/2 cups ice
⁠2 ounces white rum
2 ounces añejo or golden rum

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Garnish with pineapple and mint leaves.
