⁣Blueberry Overnight Oats: ⁣

3/4 cup frozen blueberries⁣⁣
Juice from ½ lemon⁣⁣
2 cups Real Coco Coconut Milk⁣⁣
1 tbsp maple syrup⁣⁣
1/4 tsp salt⁣⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣⁣
2 cups rolled oats⁣⁣
2 tbsp Chia seeds or ground flaxseed⁣⁣
For topping: blueberries, pepitas, and runny nut butter.⁣⁣

Add blueberries, lemon juice, coconut milk, maple syrup, salt, vanilla extract, to a blender, mixing until smooth. Add rolled oats and chia seeds to a bowl, pour over with blueberry mixture⁣⁣
and stir until combined. Let sit overnight. Spoon oatmeal into jars. Top off with fresh blueberries,⁣⁣
pepitas, and nut butter to drizzle.⁣⁣
