Mango Pressed Coconut Popsicles

Makes 10 popsicles⁣...
2 ½ cups frozen mango chunks⁣
½ cup pineapple juice, plus more⁣
1 ¼ cups Organic Real Coco Pressed Coconut Water⁣
2 tbsp agave or maple syrup⁣
2 tbsp Cocojune coconut yogurt⁣

Add mango chunks and pineapple juice to a blender, puree until smooth, adding a splash more pineapple juice as needed. In a pitcher, combine pressed coconut water, sweetener, and yogurt. Stir until combined. Pour ½ the mango puree into each popsicle mold. Place in freezer for 15 mins, until almost solid. Remove from freezer, add coconut puree to molds. Freeze for 10 mins. Top with mango⁣
puree until filled. Freeze for at least 4 hours, until set.
